Accessing SMS Logs

Before you start

Here are some things to know before you begin this process.

• To receive SMS, your account needs to have a Phone Number as a Sender ID. Here’s how to request a Phone Number.
• You can access your inbound SMS via message logs. The message logs are in CSV (comma-separated value) format.

Accessing logs of received SMS

To access a log of your received SMS messages, follow these steps.

1. Go to SMS > Message Logs > Received Messages.
2. Select the recipient number and the date you received the SMS messages.
3. Click Send to Email. A download link will be sent to your email address shortly.

Accessing logs of sent SMS

To access a log of your sent SMS messages, follow these steps.

1. Go to SMS > Message Logs > Sent Messages.
2. Select your Sender ID number and the date you sent the SMS messages.
3. Click Send to Email. A download link will be sent to your email address shortly.
