Requesting a Phone Number

Here is what you need to know before you begin this process.

Requesting a Phone Number

To request or purchase a Phone Number, follow these steps.

1. Go to SMS > Sender IDs
2. Select Request Phone Number.
   
   
   
3. Select the country you will send SMS to and from in Choose Location and your phone number type. Select Continue.
   
   
   
4. The next step is specific to the phone number type you previously selected.
   1. If you’d like to use your own phone number, type in Your Number.
   2. If you’d like to get a local phone number or toll-free number, select how many you will need.
5. Select Submit Request. Our customer support team will contact you for more details.
   
   
   
6. The Phone Number you requested will appear as Pending until it is approved.
