Subscribing to a Monthly Bundle Plan

Before you start

Here’s what you need to know before subscribing to a Bundle Plan:

A Bundle Plan includes both SMS and Fax services in one subscription.
You will be charged automatically every month until you cancel your plan subscription.
You can only have one active bundle plan at a time.
You cannot be subscribed to both a Bundle Plan and separate Fax/SMS plans at the same time.
If you have an existing Fax or SMS plan, your switch to a Bundle Plan will be scheduled to happen at the end of your current billing cycle.
A free fax number may be included, depending on the bundle plan. You can still add or manage numbers separately if needed.

To subscribe to a monthly Bundle Plan, follow these steps:

Go to Account Settings > Plans and Pricing > Bundle Plans.
Choose a bundle plan from the available options and select Subscribe.
Enter your credit card details or ensure you have sufficient balance to complete the subscription.
If you are currently subscribed to a separate Fax and/or SMS plan, your new subscription will be scheduled and activated after your current plans end.

If your needs change, you can switch to another Bundle Plan anytime.

Upgrades (plans with more credits or higher monthly rate) take effect immediately.
Downgrades (plans with fewer credits or lower monthly rate) take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
To change plans, simply repeat the steps above and select a different bundle plan.
