Viewing Your Credit Consumption

Credit consumption lets you view credits that are used when sending a fax or a fax broadcast, when adding a number to your account, or when subscribing to a plan.

Viewing your credit consumptions within a date range

To view the credit consumptions in your account, follow these steps.

1. Go to Account Settings > Billing > Consumption. You will find a list of credit consumptions listed by date. 
2. To view consumptions for a specific date range, select the start and end dates using the From and To date pickers. 
3. Select Update to show the list of consumptions on your selected date range.

Viewing credit consumptions grouped by day, month, or year

To view the credit consumptions grouped by day, month, or year, follow these steps.

1. Go to Account Settings > Billing > Consumption. 
2. To view consumptions grouped by day, by month, or by year, select Day, Month, or Year in Group by.
3. Select Update to show the list of credit consumptions.

Downloading the details of your credit consumption

To download the details of your credit consumption, follow these steps.

1. Go to Account Settings > Billing > Consumption. You will find a list of credit consumptions listed by date. 
2. To download the details as a CSV file, select of the credit consumption and click Export.

Receiving an email of your credit consumption details

To receive an email of the details of your credit consumption, follow these steps.

1. Go to Account Settings > Billing > Consumption. You will find a list of credit consumptions listed by date. 
2. To receive an email of the credit consumption details, select of the credit consumption and click Email CSV. A CSV file of the details will be sent to your registered email address as a file attachment
